Cuts get made at the collar, not flush and not stubbed, so the tree can seal them. Young trees benefit most. Shape one early and you avoid the expensive structural problem ten years out. That is what tree trimming is really for.

Broken limbs and hangers

A limb that cracks but does not fall is the one to worry about. It sits in the canopy, holds weight, and comes down whenever it decides to. We get those out. Same for a split fork, a tree that shifted at the base, or a section hanging over something you care about. A ground stump means you get the space back. We take the stump under grade, work the visible roots, and leave the area level. Chips can stay as fill or go with us. If you want to replant in the same footprint, tell us up front and we will grind deeper and clear the hole out. Stump grinding is booked with a removal or on its own, including stumps that have been sitting for years.

Brush, suckers and overgrowth

Side yards fill in. Fence lines get swallowed. Suckers come up around a trunk until you cannot see the base of the tree. We cut all of that back, clear the debris and haul it off. If the job includes green waste we cannot chip, we sort out the disposal side ourselves and confirm what the current rules allow before we load. Brush clearing ends with a yard you can actually walk through.
